Family skills training program for high-risk and general population families. Individual classes or sign up for the entire course of 10 classes. Class 1 - Healthy Brain Connection & Love & Understanding Class 2 - The 5 R's of a Happy Home Class 3 - Limits and Consequences for Children & Problem Solving & Negotiation Skills Class 4 - Stress and Anger Management Skills & Goals & Contracts for Behavior Contracts Class 5 - Setting Boundaries & Choosing good friends and monitoring Class 6 - Values, Tradition and Service
