“Personal development is a continuous process that makes life all the more enjoyable. We are constantly evolving spiritual beings, each with our unique set of challenges. These challenges can be viewed as opportunities for growth and learning rather than problems to be solved and eradicated.”

What Our Clients Are Saying

"The Collaborative Success, Inc. team (CSI) team helped us re-define and build our internal relationships in a new, never- before-experienced way that allowed us to magnify how we do things.  This change blessed our family and lifted our customer service and departmental work quality by at least two levels. We learned so much about ourselves, each other and had a lot of fun during the process!"

"Our VP of Human Resource & Training who worked with us personally and recommended that we engage CSI, could not believe how much progress we made in a short time."

As Owners we set the tone for everyone else in the organization.  If we take the challenge seriously, we have an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those we lead, while experiencing the great business results ....results achieved by those we empowered!

"I was first exposed to Collaborative Success, Inc. in a seminar to help foster and grow effective communication skills in parenting.  Through this seminar, I was introduced to a paradigm that did not inherently change a situation but gave me a different perspective which helped me solve problems more effectively.  During the coursework, analogies were made between my "home family" and my "work family."  Seeing how effective it was to deal with the home family dynamic led me to pursue Collaborative Success’ help with work challenges, interoffice conflicts, discord and inefficiencies caused by essentially ineffective communication.

The CSI team put together a tailor-made training for my unique business setup.  Essentially, the training and coaching focused on our team, interdependent upon each other to achieve a common goal....a satisfied patient.  Experiencing the validity of personality types and obtaining the knowledge of how each team member may have seen the same "problem" differently helped us explain why we experienced some of the current conflicts.  Understanding each other’s strengths and weaknesses helped me as the "boss" better utilize each person's strengths and minimize weaknesses to improve relationships amongst my work family.  Every one of us experiencing the same coursework, team building process and doing the groundwork simultaneously helped us build a new foundation of understanding, efficiency and compassion for our organization.  Furthermore, going forward, this training serves as a reference for performance evaluations and goal expectations with more effective one-on-one discussions.

As a result, our team has a higher level of cooperation that I have not previously experienced.

I started, developed and grew a family business that became rather successful and active in different areas when the time came for my children to take an active role in leadership of the different business divisions.  They all had pursued great educational paths, yet none of those paths was really in our line of business.  I realized that while they are all very capable and well-educated individuals, neither was prepared to lead what was now a multimillion-dollar business even though they all wanted to be involved.

What we needed was a strategic transition plan and individual development paths for my kids to work their way into leadership positions within the organization so that they could gain the experience, knowledge and earn the respect of our large team of very qualified and dedicated people.

I realized that this preparation was extremely important and had to be started several years prior to my retirement.  A well-planned transition for my kids to join in our business and an equally well-prepared path for me to remove myself and let them take over more and more of my responsibilities, so I am eventually able to retire, was needed.

Somewhere in the near future, I will hold a more removed position of "wisdom keeper" while my children will be running the day-to-day operations.

"Working with the Collaborative Success team was a holistic experience that despite all the trauma I went through in my divorce, made me feel like a whole person again.  I was  finally able to see the vision of a good future for our kids and myself and, after some deeper work, actually see my ex and I having a shared mission in raising our kids to become healthy adults.  I had to realize that our lives are and will be intertwined pretty permanently, yet  today it is with respect and with a healthy distance  that allows both of us to  be in new relationships with different, more appropriate partners while still raising our kids to become healthy adults. "They use creativity, humor and compassion to help changing families cope, heal and thrive.  My sessions  have included a variety of topics including respectful co-parent communication, kid-friendly recipes, craft and activity ideas, health promotion and creating new family traditions."

Thank you so much for believing in me despite by background!  I always loved my children and knew I could be a great dad.  Our divorce was really difficult for me plunged me into a deep depression that eventually took a toll that manifested itself in me starting to drink.

Though I was at first really shocked when I saw your recommendations from our domestic conciliation investigation that had me go first through treatment and earn my way back to having more and more parenting time.  I soon saw the wisdom in your recommendations especially that my ex-wife and I had to learn to communicate better and attend some trainings and re-fucus our energy on now becoming an uplifting support team for our children.

Thank you for seeing in me that I was capable of doing these things when I could not and thank you for pointing me and the mother of our children towards a greater future where we work together to raise them even though we are no longer together.  And lastly, thank you for helping us find a co-parenting friendship that after all is better than the painful marriage we once had.  Both of us are now in good relationships and our children have two loving homes to go to.

JL, Father and Co-Parent, Western KS

"So much has transpired since I last communicated with you, and I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for everything you have done for my family. Your guidance has had a profound impact on my life, particularly in reshaping how I view our family dynamic. I cannot thank you enough for encouraging me toward forgiveness. The last year has been full of ups and downs, but with your support, I have navigated these changes with a free and open heart."

Sincerely,

W.J. Mother & Co-Parent, Wichita Metro Area, KS

When our relationship ended, I thought we'll never speak to each other again when it hit me that we have to somehow raise our kids!  I was not prepared to do so as I felt hurt and humiliated and did some things myself that I was not proud of.  Going through a difficult divorce is nothing I would ever want anyone to go through.

You showed me a path that allowed me to focus on what you call "is best for the children" and I realized that that is what we now have to focus on.  Developing a very detailed parenting plan that already looked ahead to situations I had not even thought about yet that were sure to come, helped us avoid painful arguments and reinventing the wheel at times when our relationship was already challenged. Your help in seeing my co-parent no longer as my ex, but as an important partner in raising our kids was key in helping me let go.

TM, Father and Co-Parent, Salina, KS

"Working through my personal challenges and opportunities with my coach has helped me not only to gain a whole new level of confidence, it has also allowed me to overcome long held fears and self-doubts that have kept me back in life.  Now I feel I am able to see the world in a different way, build relationships with peers at work that are equal and supportive and personal relationships that are mutually beneficial.  My career has taken off and over that past 5 years I have achieved things in life and at work I never believed capable of."

LW, Wichita, Kansas

"My mentor and coach saw things in me I could not see myself!  Slowly and masterfully, she worked with me to help me bring the great things out and work on the things that I was afraid of.  No longer will I live a scared life in the shadow of who I can be and can contribute to society."

RH, Salina, Kansas

Thank you so much for helping me wake up from my what I now call "half sleep state."  I was coasting in life, trying to meet deadlines, raising my kids and feeling anxious and worried and wondering if I was doing something worthwhile in life. I was worried whether I had been putting enough money aside saving for my kid's education and my retirement and felt I was treading water.

You allowed me to talk through all my worries and helped me focus on what it was that I really cared about in life besides my children that I love and would do anything for.  You helped me define a vision for the years to come even past raising children that is now beautifully unfolding.

It took a while for me to believe that I really was capable of making a difference in life.  We all have that opportunity within ourselves, no matter how small the seed.  I can now see it in others around me and have even been able to humbly help a few people in my orbit.

Life is so much better this way...
Thank you!

SR, Milwaukee, WI

You never made me feel small or bad about myself.  You had great patience to help me process what I felt was holding me back in life.  You helped me find a new vision for myself, appreciate the skills and abilities I had gained over the years and somehow through it all find self-acceptance and feel self-worth.  I now know that I am responsible for the decisions I make in life and how my future is impacted by them.

I am one thousand percent committed today to making decisions that positively affect those around me and myself.
