Voluntary Mediations
Spousal Conflict Resolution
Conflict between partners does not need to lead to separation or divorce. Often, when partners are able to hear and understand each other more fully, conflicts can be resolved and a path may be created that includes a joint future.

Parent-Adolescent Mediation
Parent-Adolescent Mediation is beneficial when parent(s) and a child (most commonly teens) are unable to see eye to eye on things like behavior, noise level, participation in family life, mutual respect, media consumption, drug usage, parental oversight, responsibilities in the home, partners, gender orientation and more.
Our office has Kansas Supreme Court trained and approved mediators specifically in the area of Parent-Adolescent challenges to help create meaningful, practicable and peace instilling agreements.

Senior Care and Healthcare Mediations
Respectful, appropriate and fair agreements may be needed between family members and a senior parent, between seniors and senior care professionals, or between care recipient and healthcare provider.
Our team has an extensive background in healthcare leadership and is qualified to help mediate common ground in difficult situations that may otherwise have unfortunate emotional and/or financial outcomes.

Voluntary Divorce Mediation
It may be possible to part ways with dignity, allowing both parties, especially children, to emerge whole, even if a relationship is beyond repair.

Voluntary Co-Parent Parenting Plan
You do not need to wait for the Court to order you and your co-parent to create a parenting plan!
Co-parenting is more effective when common challenges are anticipated, best practices-based co-parent topics are addressed, and agreements are made while parents are in a positive mindset. Then, when life happens, emotions run high and there is little time for important decisions, most solutions have already been thought about and mutually agreed on.

Voluntary Division Of Assets Mediation
When people have been married or lived together in a common law marriage, a division of assets worked out in peace during mediation may prevent further damage to a relationship
